The secret for this 7-days quick fix is manipulating the body’s water reserves. As most of you already know, the human body consists of 50-75% water, and your body can drop down some of this water without causing any major problems to your health. 

The body has a natural mechanism for storing water and ions in the body, just as it does for storing excess calories as fat. Ions are basically charged particles which float around in your body, having various functions. You may have heard the term “electrolyte” before. An electrolyte is basically a molecule with a certain electric “charge” in your body, such as potassium (K+) or sodium (Na+), for example.

Take this test: See that skin covering your lower abdominal area? Give it a pinch, pull it, and let it go. If it shakes with a sort of quick “rippled” motion, you are probably carrying a lot of fluid which you were assuming to be fat.

Water is a necessary component of rebuilding muscles and stabilizing the body after a workout. The body stores water in the muscles and other cells as part of the recovery process.

Now, you can easily manipulate whether your body is going to store water inside muscle or other cells, But this can be done temporarily.


We know that salt causes the body to retain water, but not in muscle.

On the other hand, carbohydrates cause water retention inside the muscle cells.

High-carbohydrate diets increase the amount of water the body stores. Carbohydrates break down into glucose and are used for energy or stored for future use as glycogen. One gram of glycogen is attached to 2.7 grams of water. Storing these molecules is necessary as muscles rebuild and recover from a hard workout. Carbohydrate drinks, such as Gatorade consumed during and after a workout, contribute to water retention in the muscles. Increasing the amount of carbohydrates in a drink decreases the rate of gastric emptying and causes a slower movement of fluids throughout the body. Individuals with higher levels of muscle glycogen will experience a small increase in total body water.(Reference)

We have two key players regarding water retention, SALT & CARBOHYDRATES. 

let’s get into the plan. 

The “Get Ripped In 7-Days” formula is as the following: 

Let’s say today is Monday, and you have a cool pool party next Sunday and you want to look your best for it.
Starting from Day1 “Monday” to Day4 “Thursday” your diet will consist of:
ZERO Carbohydrates, absolutely nothing. 
Moderate  Salt intake. 
HIGH Protein & Fat intake. 
HIGH Water intake (About 5 Liters).
ON Day5(Friday):
Reduce your water intake to 3 liters
Eat some complex Carbs. (No more than 100 gram) Early in the morning/ before the workout.
ON Day6(Saturday):
Eat some complex Carbs. (No more than 100 gram) Early in the morning/ before the workout.
Drink water only in the morning. 
STOP DRINKING WATER AT ALL From 6 pm onwards. 
Don’t drink any coffee or take any diuretics on that day. 
ON Day7(Sunday) – Day of the event:
Upon waking up and before taking anything, get some simple carb drink, 
or – my favorite choice – MABLE SYRUP! I know disgusting to drink but hella effective.
Gulp some maple syrup, chase it with some water, give it a good 30 min. and go look yourself in the mirror. 
This very high and sudden carbohydrate intake will cause the remaining water in your body to be absorbed by your muscle cells, and it will give your skin a more ripped look while making your muscle appear larger! 
Through that day, drink water only when thirsty and try to drink a little. 
Try not to sweat much, and drink some coffee or any diuretic beverage. 

I have tried it many times before and was always shocked by the results, but you will lose this shredded look in 2-days max. 

This won’t result in any fat loss worth mentioning, this is just a trick for you to appear more shredded, with fully pumped muscles for a day or two.
